The village house, N48, is located on the golf complex of Parque Da Floresta near Budens on the Algarve some one hour drive from Faro International Airport. It is just 9 Miles from Lagos and a similar distance from Cap St.Vincent and the ancient port of Sagres. A car is necessary and we can arrange for it to be collected at Faro airport on arrival
The Accommodation comprises of a large ‘L’ shaped lounge / diner with a gas coal
fire and satellite T.V. Balcony / patio. Two twin bedded rooms. Fully fitted kitchen
complete with microwave, gas cooker, fridge and washing machine. A bathroom with
bidet and a separate shower room both with wash basins and toilets. All rooms have
mobile electric radiators. Towels and linen included -
Parque Da Floresta is just 1 km from the main coastal road, and opposite the entrance is the Road to Salema, a lovely fishing village with a safe beach, shops, restaurants and bars A very good supermarket is just 300 metres from the complex.
With immediate proximity of the bungalow there is the clubhouse offering bar snacks and a restaurant, a pizza bar, a heated full size adult swimming pool, a children’s pool and play area. Other facilities available within the complex of Parque Da Floresta include tennis courts, bowling green, archery, driving range, a spa with gym and fitness centre which can be used and paid for locally.
Parque Da Floresta is an ideal centre from which to explore the many beautiful beaches and attractive villages. Sagres and the fort where Henry the Navigator trained the explorers is nearby, close to the tremendous cliffs of Cap St Vincent, the most south westerly point of Europe.
The Parque Da Floresta golf course, which is to international standard of 18 holes, is described as ‘interesting’. There is a 40% discount off green fees to residents of the complex. Golf clubs and tennis racquets cam be hired

Booking Details
A 25 % deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a 10% surcharge for use of sofa bed. Utility costs in winter are not included. Payment by cheque only.
